NICE was formed in 2010 by founding member Myles E. Mangram as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the advancement of America’s clean energy innovation and implementation agenda. Essentially, we are a specialized clean energy technology research institute. In support of its mission and objectives, NICE is collaborating with leading clean-tech university research centers, focused think tanks, other appropriate stakeholders.

About Myles E. Mangram

 

Founding Member and Executive Director of NICE, Myles E. Mangram, has been providing a wide range of business development, consulting, capitalization and research services to various industries for over 25 years (with a concentration on the clean energy industry since 2007.) Mr. Mangram has a distinctive background as a serial entrepreneur which, in addition to EnTech Capital, includes the successful launch and operation of several music & media companies, three fitness centers, and the development of several trading platforms (including a global cap-and-trade platform).  He combines this wealth of experience with a unique educational background which includes a Bachelor of Science in Business degree (University of Colorado), a Master of Business Administration degree (Columbia University), and Juris Doctorate studies (Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles). He is currently working towards his Doctorate of Business Administration degree at SMC University (Switzerland). His graduate and doctoral studies have integrated a specialized clean technology/energy industry focus.  Mr. Mangram’s commitment to clean energy research (and its practical application), along with his experience and education, have positioned him as one of the leading authorities in the clean energy industry sector.
