Strategies related to NICE’s objectives fundamentally involve: the formation of research alliances (primarily university research centers and clean energy ‘think tanks’) via Memorandums of Understanding; establishing strategic alliances with key technology software providers (providers of Computer Assisted Qualitative Analysis Software, Knowledge Management Software, and Technology Roadmapping Software); efficient utilization of knowledge management principles and leveraging of knowledge technology tools; and development of strategic roadmaps in collaboration with its established research consortium.
